Can you rush my order?

We don’t offer guaranteed rush shipping.
Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.

If you're ordering for your big day, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for production and possible carrier delays.

Where do you ship from?

US orders ship from our California facility.
EU orders ship from Latvia.

This helps reduce shipping time and unexpected fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship internationally.

For customers outside the US and EU, we recommend ordering through our Etsy store, as it may provide clearer handling of international taxes and fees depending on your country.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we offer limited custom color changes on existing Studio YéYé designs for an additional $10 fee. Some design may not be eligible. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
