Refund policy


RETURN

We want you to be completely happy with your order. As a sustainable, made-to-order brand, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, your experience matters most to us.

For Size Exchanges
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping fee for sending out your new size.

For Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no extra cost to you.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of delivery.
